Who Are Corey Charette & Ericka Plourde?
Corey Charette is the creator and a co-host of several podcasts (Average Joe Show, Tech Gang Show & Talk Duo).  He has been podcasting since 2008 and has a passion to share his experiences and his loves to the internet community.

Ericka Plourde is new to podcasting and has a new found interest in podcasting. She is the creator and host of the Autism Warriors podcast and the co-host of the Talk Duo podcast.

Together, we want to build a community committed to sharing our loves, passions, and parts of ourselves while forming relationships with our audience.

Talk Duo is a podcast for people who don’t like mornings. It’s a morning show for people who are awake enough to do it.

Each week, we get together to talk about new stories that interest us.  We also talk about things going on in our lives and what’s going on out in the real world.  Every week we’ll make sure to complain about something or someone.

Autism Warriors is a podcast where we talk about everything related to Autism.

Each week, host Ericka Plourde and her co-host Pamela Mari get together and talk about Autism including but not limited to Autism stories in the news, questions concerning behaviors, family dynamics, methodologies, and most importantly, share difficulties and triumphs while living within an Autism family. At times there will be guest speakers who are either on the spectrum or have something to share of interest to the Autism community.

Ericka Plourde is an expert Autism Warrior because she has two children that are on the Autism Spectrum.  Though she is not an expert at everything Autism, she brings a unique glimpse in to the world of Autism.

CJ and Corey Charette get together to talk about headsets, trip to the mining museum, harassing your brother to send you stuff, the joys of self-serve yogurt, why you can’t get your haircut on a Saturday afternoon, and so much more.

This week talk about the quality of the show because CJ gets a new headset that doesn’t bother his ears, but he still needs to get use to it.   Speaking of technology CJ calls his brother this week trying to get him to send his old Nintendo Gameboys.  He wants them so he can play then and will make sure that he doesn’t spill anything on them because he wants them to last a long time.

Last Friday, CJ went on a trip to a mining museum.  They actually got to go into a tunnel with mannequins as miners in there.  Also, they got a box with six different stones.  Of course, we can only remember 5 of them.

Saturday we were going to go get haircuts, but the place closed at 5pm.  We were shocked that they closed that early on the weekend and figured they would make more money on a Saturday if they stayed open a few more hours.

Since the weather was nice we did our fist outing to miniature golf this weekend.  Corey got 2 holes in one and CJ got one hole in one, with assistance, then they wrapped up their weekend with a trip to get a free yogurt with a coupon that CJ got.  The place was a self-serve place and you get 8 ounces free and it’s hard to judge what 8 ounces is so they guessed.  It was over 11 ounces, but Corey made sure it wasn’t a big deal and would pay for it.
